The song that was released in 2005 has a very emotional lyrics, telling about someone who yearns to go home, even though he has got what he wants. Even he has felt the summer and winter in Paris and Rome, surrounded by millions of people but still feel alone. Someone who missed his lover because long time no see, although he always wanted to send a letter to his lover but he think that the letter alone is not enough, his words were cold and flat. Finally he kept all the letters, even in the official music video he had time to throw a letter to his lover to the trash.

Although the “ home ” in the song is more to her lover, but I think the “ home ” has an extensive meaning. We miss the house and the inside it, longing for the people we love like parents and relatives. I love this song because I already felt how tortured by longing to go home since high school, I continued my high school to Bogor City which is different island with my origin in Bengkulu. Three years is a long time for me, though I keep back to home once a year.

And now I continue my study in Yogyakarta, I love Yogyakarta since from junior high school I want to set foot in this city of Kraton. And finally I must be away from home, leave my hometown, my parents, and my brother. But, all this I pass through with sincere and spirit of struggle, because I'm sure there must be a little sacrifice to get the maximum results. And I hope, one day I can feel the summer and winter in Paris and Rome like the lyrics of the song.
